Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms below:I. GENERAL DISCLAIMERS• I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.• Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated, and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.II. PAYMENT & FEES• 50% of the commission price is due after the approval of the rough sketch. The remaining cost will be due once the commission has been lined and before colors and final details are added. (If a sketch or B&W only, payment is due in full up front.)• Payment is done through PayPal invoice using USD. Please ensure you are taking any additional fees into account.• Additional fees will be charged for excessive or major revisions (see “Revisions” below).III. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS• Write in a clear and concise manner when filling out the commission form.• Provide multiple clear reference images of the character/subject.• Assume responsibility for any important information and clear descriptions/references you fail to provide me that results in my inability to complete your commission to your full satisfaction.• Carefully read through the ToS and Commission Information.IV. PROCESS & WORK SCHEDULE• I will send over a sketch for approval before continuing the commission. I will accept up to two revisions at this stage.• I will show WIPs via email or Discord throughout the commission process.• Please expect at least 1-2 months for your completed commission. If additional time is needed, this will be discussed as quickly as possible.• I will always do my best to complete your commission within a timely manner, but please understand that sometimes life may get in the way and cause a delay in completing your commission. I will notify you as soon as possible of any issues that come up to keep you informed.• If I am unable to complete your commission within 3 months, you are more than welcome to request a refund of the initial deposit.V. REVISIONS• Two major revisions and multiple minor revisions are allowed in the sketch phase and are covered in the commission price.• A limited amount of minor revisions are allowed in coloring/painting stage and are covered in the commission price.• Revisions due to my own errors or misunderstandings are free.• Any major or minor revisions in the line or coloring/detailing stage will be at additional costs.• It is up to my discretion as to what constitutes minor and major revisions.VI. COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY• I, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works.• I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media.• I reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the artwork.• Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.• The final product is strictly for your personal use only.• It is not required for you to credit me each time it's used or posted, but it is appreciated!You may use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:• Print the work for personal use.• Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.• Use the artwork as a reference for a study, or color any sketches/lineworks you commissioned.• Post the artwork on social media, with credit to me clearly visible.You may NOT use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:• Claim the artwork as yours.• Remove my watermark/signature.• Paint over or otherwise alter the artwork in ways not covered under the allowed uses above.• Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.VII. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS• No refunds will be given if you are unhappy with the final commission. I am more than willing to revise to your satisfaction, but I will not refund for my hard work.• You may cancel the commission any time, after which I will issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done.• I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.♥THANK YOU ♥
